Increased pressure dissolves more oxygen in the plasma. Alternating high and normal oxygen levels act as a signal for mitochondrial renewal, new blood vessels and stem-cell mobilisation.

How the methods work
CRYO
Brief, intense cold
A short cold exposure activates the sympathetic nervous system, raises noradrenaline and can lower pro-inflammatory cytokines — a hormetic stimulus the body adapts to.
PBM
Light as energy
Red (660 nm) and near-infrared (850 nm) light is absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase in the mitochondria, supporting ATP production and microcirculation.
LAB
Measuring, not guessing
Biomarkers make starting points and changes visible. They allow us to adapt programmes and to verify effects instead of assuming them.

A study led by Prof. Shai Efrati, published in 2020, followed 35 adults aged 64 and over through 60 HBOT sessions over 90 days. It found significant changes in telomere length and cellular senescence across several immune cell types.
